Read Before Bidding:

* We include the manufacturer's manual, but some sections are confusing because it was translated from Chinese to English.  We are creating our own manual for this system, but our version of the manual will not be ready until August.  We will be happy to walk you through setup over the phone if you have any problems.

* Monitoring:  Please call your local authorities and find out if your need an alarm permit to have your alarm professionally monitored.  Also, ask if the monitoring station is required to have an alarm permit.  If so, ask if there is a fee or if registration is free.  If there is a fee, you are responsible for both your alarm permit and the monitoring center's permit fees.  Most areas do not require a permit and/or issue free permits, but PLEASE check BEFORE purchasing this system so there are no surprises.
